Fiber, Protein & Vitamin E are some of the benefits you can get from Peanut Butter. Studies also says that it can prevent gallstones and Alzheimer’s and has  much higher quantities of antioxidants than apples or carrots.

Well, how can we be encourage to eat as much as Peanut Butter as we can if there are news about the Salmonella scare in peanut butter?  I am wondering how the FDA  rules against the companies whose brand are affected. They should have been more careful on how to handle edible foods like this.
