Stay Home
May 18th
Do you have any plans in going out this summer? Why not decide to stay at home and work on some simple renovation? Why not spend your vacation time to upgrade and maintain your investment ? Ask your self how many times have you been away from home and how many times since you updated anything to your home to improve it’s quality and value?
You don’t have to spend a fortune in order to maintain it’s value, try updating one room at a time. Check if your floors are in need of new carpeting, better yet think about updating it to wood floors. Imagine the value added to your home with new flooring. Ask yourself how old is your roof? Usually home-owners have to replace their roof every 8 or 10 years. How about your windows? Have you check if there’s any cracks? Updating to insulated windows are a good investment you know? Also try moving your furniture around and add simple touches to brighten the room up with some new lighting, area rugs and even new color for your walls. Try to pay attention to your home and spend your vacation time to take good care of your investment.
Dethrone
May 18th
Imagine my big disappointment last night when the Magic blew the Celtics off by 19 points. Dwight Howard and Hedo Turkoglu worked hard to dethrone the defending champion in their own hometown. Yes it was a big slap in any Celtics fan even with a 23 point from Allen and 16 from Pierce, couldn’t compare it to Turkoglu’s 25 and Howards’ 12 points + their strong will and determination to give Magic Kingdom a taste of Championship this year. I just hope that next year Garnett, will actually play and won’t be watching the team in the mud with his street clothes and his knee strain~!
