I am feeling pretty thick and I think it’s time to get that exercise downstairs to work it’s wonders. I don’t really know  much about dieting but I don’t really want to starve myself to death. My friend told me about the best weight loss supplements she said she tried but the way i eat? I don’t know if I can take something in the morning other than coffee. I don;t eat breakfast and she told me that I should start because  they say” It’s the most important meal of the day” I though lunch was and so was dinner what happened to that? Anyway I do need to get moving and I am hoping for the early Spring because I kinda miss walking in the park again.
