In getting back to shape I think I need to cut down foods that are packed in calories. I will have to switch from white to wheat bread, slow down on butter, cut back on burgers and Mexican foods. I cannot give up my steaks though because aside from the benefit of CLA, Steaks are delicious! If I can have steaks everyday I woulds but good steaks costs too much so I will have it occasionally when I feel like going to the Steakhouse or grill my own in moderation of course!  I cannot change my 2% to nonfat milk I just can’t so nobody can force me to do that! But I will cut down on the sweets and other things but not my Steaks and 2% milk!
