Lucky for porky I am now eating more fish! Seriously when i talked about that how much I wanted to change my diet I really am starting and I think I did pretty good even though it’s only been 4 days. I avoided beef and pork even french fires and chips. I have been eating oatmeal for breakfast, 3 oz. of fish fillets and 1/2 c. white rice with 1/2 cup veggies with it. I also avoided Soda and I only drink green tea, juice or water. I am not exaggerating here but I feel that I have more energy, in fact I even shoveled the snow with no complains but did it even my neighbors sidewalk. I was considering taking ephedra diet pills but I think I am doing a very good job in avoiding red meat. I don’t want to cut it totally but I will try my best to only eat steak during special occasion. hey for the past 4 days my family ate meaty burgers, steak and even delicious Mexican foods but I was never tempted! I even chose Fish taco for Mexican night! yes I am proud of myself taking little step at a time~
