My all seafood diet is working a little bit. I recently find out that I lost 5 pounds already but it wasn’t very easy! I had to give up eating red meat and I had to cut some portions and use my fitness equipment at least 3x a week. I still need to shed some pounds so I will try to stick to my new diet and hopefully I will be able to tell a successful weight loss story.
