I lost 8 lbs and I am still doing my best to loose a couple more! I am always on the move and have been doing sit ups and as well have been walking 3 miles at least 3x a week! I however been eating meat again but, the good news is that I am moving a lot more now! Plus my doctor is right, I need my protein and the best source would be from natural sources like meats instead of getting it from somewhere else. I have been eating breakfast also which is highly recommended by everybody I know coz they said it’s the most important meal of the day and I’m starting to believe it! I know that my diet takes a lot of hardwork but it works! Probably won’t hurt to use some fat burner supplement but I don’t think I am ready for it yet maybe I will talk to my doctor about it when I see him on my next appointment but I am doing great right now and I can feel the energy and I like the way I am more active now than before! This weekend will be a lot of walking time for me and I like to walk early in the morning because I love the smell of the grass and the feel of the morning breeze! Have a great weekend
