We are going south in a couple of days and I haven’t packed anything yet. I have been washing laundry for couple of days and have been cleaning the house for I don’t want to go off to vacation leaving the house untidy! It will be nice to get back home in a clean house with no chores waiting.
We might be taking another route this time since our usual route has changed and closed due to flooding recently. I decided to pack lightly enough for a week although we are going to be away for 2- weeks. We can always wash and re-wear it. The kids are looking forward to swimming and maybe camping. I personally doesn’t like primitive camping in the woods but I would be glad to pop a tent in the backyard and enjoy making smores in the fire pit. I think my mother in law already planned to go somewhere but all I can think of is that to just get a vacation and just relax with nothing mind boggling activities! I guess I should start packing. ~
