It is very cold today! We got our big jackets out and I even wore my mittens and neck warmer to complete the gear. Winter really is coming and I might as well embrace it now! We still haven’t got any pumpkin yet and we wanted to go to the Pumpkin Patch yesterday and we would have if only my daughter’s piano teacher told me that there was no lesson yesterday, instead we cancelled Pumpkin Patch because we thought she would be late and we didn’t want her to miss a session. It would have been fun! The hay-rides, the maze, the shop, the view, the pony area and play area. Also there’s that hunted barn in one of those metal buildings that I want to go to. My husband works during the weekend so we can’t go as a family together and we want to go together but I guess we just have to squeeze our time going during the weekdays after school, bummer is we won’t have all day to enjoy it. Oh well.

Almost Time

It’s almost time for Halloween! My two children already have their costume but my oldest is not interested in wearing costume this year! He think that he is all grown up already since he is 13!!! My friend is also looking for a costume since they have something at work and their theme is the 50′s! She is looking for 50′s costume and we went to the mall last Saturday and we couldn’t find any. There are a lot of 60′s & 70′s but not 50′s. Why 50′s anyway? She was also looking yesterday but no luck, she said she’s going to look today so hopefully she got it. I have to ask tomorrow.
Anyway, I have to bake something for Halloween and we need to buy candies to give away. After Halloween? It’s November and it’s going to be my birthday soon..It would be nice if someone is shopping some birthday cakes for me.. No I don’t bake my own birthday cake because it is supposed to be my birthday.. someone should make it or buy it for me! I love Chocolate Cake so that is enough hint!
