Today was pretty hot! It went up to 110* and I was just glad that we went to the indoor mall instead of the other one! I just couldn’t stand shopping under the heat of the sun and humidity! We have to resume in school shopping tomorrow and I do hope that it will cool down a bit because I just can’t stand anymore of this heat! Anyway, I got e-mail tagged and I just thought that it’s a lot better to post it up here instead.

New Cam

There’s just a lot of stuff that I need to get but first things first I do need to pay attention to the most important and that is to have a health savings account for future medical financial needs and definitely a must for everybody. Next I am saving for a new camera, I broke mine and I haven’t been looking around for a new replacement but I really should have one now especially that fall is coming soon and there’s going to be a lot of picture taking especially during Thanksgiving, you know when families get together. I have been thinking about to save some more and get me a high quality one instead. I cannot wait for summer to be over coz it’s just getting so hot and it’s not even funny.

Getting ready

It’s August and school bell is going to ring soon. I have noticed that the kids have enough school clothes for this school year but I think we need to double check if they need something else. Also while shopping online, I need to check out some portable oxygen concentrator for adult use. Oh, I to see an allergist coz I’ve been having some kind of reaction but I don’t know where I got it from. I know that it’ll take 3 weeks to get a schedule but I want to know for sure what I am allergic of since it has been bothering me and it’s just better to find out what I am allergic of so I will have something ready to fight it. Oh nice day tomorrow so I have to wash my car so I better get some sleep goodnight!

I am a parent with kids who goes to school and there’s nothing more that makes me happy than getting discounts during school shopping and helpful coupons are one of my favorite thing to bring with me when I go shopping whether if I’m shopping for school clothes, shoes, household products and even when I go grocery shopping. I always have it handy with me! At this time, everyone should be smart in taking advantage with great deals. We shop even with the fact that we are still recovering from depression but shop smart and don’t be a fool! Buy the things you need or want with discounts! Be a smart shopper!

With 4 people in my house that goes to school, we have decided to get another computer and this time at least a very affordable Acer Aspire notebooks will be perfect for them. This way, they can save their work using their very own laptop and without waiting on their turn to get into the computer. Our kids are growing and we need to have some things that are accessible for them easily without arguing and waiting for their turns. This type of laptops are reliable and very affordable that we can get 5 for a cost of 1 family computer. So this will definitely be in our school shopping list!

I was watching infomercial a couple of minutes ago and it just amazed me how many products there are nowadays that will make your life easier. There are products that would give your house a steam clean, some that can easily remove stains, some will enable you to say goodbye to paper towels and nonabsorbent wipers. There are products that can take the dent off your car and there are also some products that would be perfect for nosy neighbors and my favorite thing so far an affordable exit alarm.I like the way inventors comes up with very useful products that makes life easier.

Anyway, I read online about the upcoming wedding of Chelsea Clinton and I am so disgusted of some people’s comment on how the Clinton’s splurged in something so expensive! What is wrong with giving their only daughter the most beautiful thing they could give on her wedding day? I will do exactly the same thing that Bill and Hillary are doing right now if I have the money to give my daughter the grandest wedding day I definitely would! When I read the comments online some are very judgmental and envious. Why can’t they just be happy for Chelsea, oh, I forgot of course these jealous people are envious coz they couldn’t get what Chelsea have. My congratulations to the Clinton family and to the bride and groom!

Adopting

I am thinking about adopting a puppy! I want a small one though I have been looking in adoption sites online but I haven’t found one yet that I really want so we are going to look for more. My friend told me that having a dog is real expensive to maintain so that is kind of a little discouraging. He said that it is as expensive as pregnant woman with the appointments, prenatal vitamins and delivering a baby. With dogs he said, you have to spend in adopting, you also have to pay to neutered/sprayed, dental check up and regular check up. After thinking about that I have to give time to think some more I guess if we can afford it, we already got kids and they are growing! But my kids would love to have one puppy though , they have been asking us to get them a puppy but it sounds so expensive so it’s going to be a tough decision.

Tired Eyes

Watching 3 movies in one day will definitely give you a tired eyes! Nothing much to do today so we watched Mortal Kombat 1 &2 and some dumb thriller movie called Break, after which Shelly called me about her recent diet do’s and don’ts. We are having a BBQ this weekend and she told me not to make her a hamburger coz she will bring a turkey burger for her. She’s been with this new diet and I have read all about alli reviews, some people said that it actually works that is if you follow the guidelines and it is also an FDA approved..good for her. I am glad that she called though coz someone else in my house wanting to watch more movies and I don’t think I can do that anymore! I watched 2 already I slept while watching the 1st movie ( Thanked God!) and I don’t need to keep sleeping or sitting all day long but what can I say? I promised a couple days ago that I will sit and watched as many movies as they want to watch! So the saga will continue tomorrow I do hope that I will have the strength to stay awake!

It has been so hot and I am really looking forward to dive into the pool tomorrow. I may not have taken that apidexin for slimming but all I care is to dive into the pool and just enjoy the day with cool water all over my body. I have been waiting for a vacation and now I finally got it I wouldn’t waste it one bit! I will have fun all day at the pool and will definitely not worry about anything! I am still traumatized from Saturday and I am telling you I will never do any favors for a friend anymore! Especially those ones who wouldn’t go to their own “scanning some stuff for their wedding registry” never again! That is why he asked me to go with her fiancee instead of him. That woman was crazy! I’m freaking out even until now. I really need a vacation!

Dismay

Imagine my dismay when I finally realized that the LA Lakers won the championship last Thursday? Seriously, the Celtics were up but obviously they didn’t took it seriously or maybe the Lakers were just more inspired than the Celtics that night? Whatever I freaked out after that! I went to bed mad it was pathetic! Like I always say there’s next year but I am kind of tired believing. whatever!

Anyway, another annoying thing that happened to me last Saturday when someone had to drag me all the way to the store to get some stuff for the wedding registry! My friends are getting married and his fiancee went crazy adding all the stuff she sees on her list for wedding gifts! She has one of those Symbol LS2208 scanner thingy and she just scan everything she sees! I haven’t seen a woman who was so excited, she even scan 2 fake plants and she said it is for her bathroom! I know I won’t be getting that one! What happened to the traditional surprised gifts? Now it’s different, you have to get the married couple the things they want even when its not really useful! I regret going with her last Saturday I could have got through the day without that traumatic experience~.
