Weigh Less

I decided not to weigh myself everyday, instead I just kept doing what I am doing. I will eventually know if I am loosing weight if my clothes feels a little loose. I cut my portions like instead of a lot of rice I only eat 1/2 cup , ate half of the salmon fillet, avoided soda and I do more chores that requires physical activities like shoveling snow. Since its still cold outside, I use my exercise bike and I try to use it for 30 minutes each day. I went online to research about which vitamins to take and you won’t believe how many sites that has a lot of information about vitamins, diet pills and I even came across youthology reviews. I just can’t wait for Spring to come so I can go run around the block!
Unfaithful

Many people tuned in for Tiger’s apology for what he did. I don’t understand why does he have to ask an apology to everybody because technically he only cheated on his wife during their marriage! He didn’t cheat in his sport, granted he is a public figure that everyone looked up to but, he is only human too who makes mistakes. I just don’t get why people has to expect someone famous to be perfect and I always think that if he makes amend and ask forgiveness that is only to his wife and family. Obviously he made a lot of people upset and in some he did but still he is not perfect and he is entitled to make mistakes.
Anyway, my dad heard about my diet changed and of course sine I followed his diet he gave me a big approval. My dad rarely eat meat and he is more into vegetables and fish but he also takes vitamins for men for supplement. He advised me to take some vitamins too if I don’t get enough iron and protein in my diet since I get rid of chicken too. I have been doing good avoiding pork , beef and chicken and I also doing good in keeping my right portions. I thought its going to be too hard but it’s easier than you think especially if you want change.
