There’s just a lot of stuff that I need to get but first things first I do need to pay attention to the most important and that is to have a health savings account for future medical financial needs and definitely a must for everybody. Next I am saving for a new camera, I broke mine and I haven’t been looking around for a new replacement but I really should have one now especially that fall is coming soon and there’s going to be a lot of picture taking especially during Thanksgiving, you know when families get together. I have been thinking about to save some more and get me a high quality one instead. I cannot wait for summer to be over coz it’s just getting so hot and it’s not even funny.

Adopting

I am thinking about adopting a puppy! I want a small one though I have been looking in adoption sites online but I haven’t found one yet that I really want so we are going to look for more. My friend told me that having a dog is real expensive to maintain so that is kind of a little discouraging. He said that it is as expensive as pregnant woman with the appointments, prenatal vitamins and delivering a baby. With dogs he said, you have to spend in adopting, you also have to pay to neutered/sprayed, dental check up and regular check up. After thinking about that I have to give time to think some more I guess if we can afford it, we already got kids and they are growing! But my kids would love to have one puppy though , they have been asking us to get them a puppy but it sounds so expensive so it’s going to be a tough decision.

So the Lakers are up to 1 this time but there is still time to catch up for my Celtics tomorrow night at 8, too bad coz once again another home court advantage for the Lakers but my men will (hopefully) show the Lakers that Celtics is not some crappy untitled team!
Maybe I should start playing basketball again then maybe I will then stop whining about my weight problem and probably would help myself in stop thinking about hydroxycut. I am a huge basketball fan yet I get so lazy in picking up a ball and play a round with my friends. I need to get back on track coz I am starting to get sick of myself.

My cousin kept telling me to twit but I don’t have enough time to keep on networking! I barely have enough time blogging much more about networking. I do need to spend more time working out since I fell off the wagon again! I need to get back to daily exercise and dieting! I did it but obviously I fail once again. Maybe I should get one of those best fat burner maybe it will help me get back on track because it is somewhat disappointing knowing that I gain twice what lost. I really need to focus and think about my health is more important than anything else there is!

School is definitely out and Summer is positively in and very very hot indeed! I was told that this Summer will be hotter than last years. I am somewhat looking forward to my long awaited vacation and I do hope that it’s going to be a fun one! I need to tone my self and get that ab workout going and be sure to be beach ready. I am so looking forward to dive into a cool water under the hot sun!
Anyway, have you heard about the IV recall from Pfizer? They said that there is some floating matter that could kill patients since it means it’s not sterile.Another oops from medical fielders. I am wondering if there are any patients reported. Good news is that they warned all the hospitals/ doctors not to use the product and they are also stopping the distribution of all injectable and IV products licensed from Claris. So if you have any relatives or friends that are hospitalized make sure to check or ask the nurse because it is better to be sure than sorry right? Everybody makes mistakes, but hopefully it won’t become a fad!

Dieting is really hard! I don’t care if you use thermogenic fat burners or not but dieting takes a lot of cooperation and discipline and let’s face it, it is just hard! But obesity problem is rising and now childhood obesity is becoming a very big problem. Research shows that Mississippi has the most Obese kids and Oregon has the least with 10%. Sometimes it really is hard to deprived kids what they want to eat but then again we don’t want to over-eat. I don’t think the health department can do anything about it without the help and cooperation of the parents and the kids. We can encourage fun outside activities with our kids and limit the indoor fun privileges, at least this will be a good start!

Day off

Today is my day off and I am loving it! Although there may be a lot of chores waiting for me to do but at least I will get something done in my house today and later I will have some time shopping for new shoes and some other urban clothing. Anyway, a warning to all men in the world, according to a research, being around with attractive stranger women can cause us bad health and we should stay away from them. Yes, they said that these beautiful strangers can give us a lot of stress and can be very bad in out hearts!Well they got that right especially if we are definitely out of her league! Anyway, in University of Valencia in Spain conducted a research with 84 male students left alone with an attractive women and proven that their cortisol level is much higher . Well, I happen to think that that’s just being a man ! So if you want to avoid stress and heart attack stick to ugly women!

A gift

I have to be prepared for Mother’s Day and I am looking at couple of gifts for the women of my lives! i know that all of them loves flower, one of them is crazy about weight loss, the other one was into quilting, the other 2? I don’t really know what to give! I am thinking about getting a gift card to a very good restaurant but would it be unfair to give the other 2 gift cards while the other was more personal? I don’t usually give gift simply because of the same situation I have now but, I think just this once I should show my appreciation to these women who gives meaning to my life!

I am about to get ready for the dinner and a movie! tonight’s flick will be The Incredible Hulk starred by Ed Norton and for dinner? Well, salmon fillet with steamed rice and asparagus! Delicious? yes! Nutritious? Super! Hmm, maybe I should call it my super supper! It has been a while since I have seen Incredible Hulk and it was when Lou Ferrigno was on it! I was never a fan of the massive human growth hormone alter- ego but I think it’s time to watch the newer version of it. Anyway, tomorrow, I will trying to work on the flower bed that is in from of my window and I have been wanting to do it and maybe put some plants to add some flair on the curb appeal and I do hope that it wont rain tomorrow so I can finally do it.

Since all my favorite TV shows aren’t coming until June or in September, I went back and watched the 1st season of one of my favorite Showtime shows Californication! seriously I just want it back on, I miss the show just like how I miss watching Dexter! They have the best show and of course I have my HBO favorite too. I will have to double my exercise routine and even think about getting some best weight loss supplement to help me shed some of my potato couch belly before my favorite shows new season starts! Good shows are always in Cable and I don’t like regular series from regular TV coz they can make something very stupid like that show called LOST! I mean what is up with that Island and haven’t they been found yet? and they they are lost again? seriously that show needs to stop airing coz it really is annoying!
