Dieting is really hard! I don’t care if you use thermogenic fat burners or not but dieting takes a lot of cooperation and discipline and let’s face it, it is just hard! But obesity problem is rising and now childhood obesity is becoming a very big problem. Research shows that Mississippi has the most Obese kids and Oregon has the least with 10%. Sometimes it really is hard to deprived kids what they want to eat but then again we don’t want to over-eat. I don’t think the health department can do anything about it without the help and cooperation of the parents and the kids. We can encourage fun outside activities with our kids and limit the indoor fun privileges, at least this will be a good start!

Day off

Today is my day off and I am loving it! Although there may be a lot of chores waiting for me to do but at least I will get something done in my house today and later I will have some time shopping for new shoes and some other urban clothing. Anyway, a warning to all men in the world, according to a research, being around with attractive stranger women can cause us bad health and we should stay away from them. Yes, they said that these beautiful strangers can give us a lot of stress and can be very bad in out hearts!Well they got that right especially if we are definitely out of her league! Anyway, in University of Valencia in Spain conducted a research with 84 male students left alone with an attractive women and proven that their cortisol level is much higher . Well, I happen to think that that’s just being a man ! So if you want to avoid stress and heart attack stick to ugly women!

Issues

Well we heard about the controversial Immigration in Arizona and I have mixed emotions. Of course I do not tolerate Illegal Aliens but, racial profiling is also wrong! You can’t just come into someone who doesn’t look like an American and ask for some documents. But then again, illegal immigrants have been the US’s problem for a very very long time. If people want to come live and work in the US at least make an effort to file legally that way, you don’t have to run in to many problems and won’t be scared every time you hear the word Immigration!

Anyway, enough for immigration issues. I have issues on my own. I think I will be needing a newer car earlier than I expected. I looked into a couple car dealer and I even got an insurance quote since I am thinking about finding cheaper insurance with the same coverage. I also looked into some car magazine and I found one that’s interesting. So I guess after cleaning my yard, car hopping would be the next thing for me to do tomorrow!

Cold Tuesday

It’s a cold Tuesday here, I am glad it didn’t snow just like they predicted that it would be. I have been running around doing some errands and had enough time to pay my bills, searched for the cheapest car insurance I can get and watched a movie during lunch time. We will go for skating tonight with my kids and I’m sure they will have fun skating with their friends and classmates.

Have you watched any of the Winter Olympics? I have and I am glad that the US has 7 Gold, 9 silver and 10 bronze medals! We are on top with 26 medals! Germany came next with 23 medals I do hope USA will get more coz I want to see us gather the most medals hehe. Of course Shaun White made the US proud again when he won the Men’s halfpipe last Wednesday . Yes I am in White’s bandwagon but can you blame me? Even my 8 yr. old son thinks Shaun White Rocks! Go Team USA!

Sleet

It’s going to snow again later in my town and today, I was very careful driving because of the sleet this morning. I watched the weather news and it supposed to snow 3-5″ of snow today and I am quiet tired of winter and I want to see Spring already!

Anyway, since it is going to rain/snow for the rest of the day,I will make a deal with my kids when I pick them up from school later. I am supposed to bring them for a treat but I don’t think the road will be good today so I will just stay home with them and play games like monopoly and also play with them on wii. Probably have some pizza delivered into our house to keep these kids happy.

OH by the way, did you hear about the shark attack in Florida? I saw the news online and it said that that type of shark attack was rare, probably it just so happen that those sharks were extra hungry. The lifeguard spotted the victim surrounded by sharks! The lifeguard rescued the man and was brought to the hospital but died later. Sad news, it’s kinda hard to fight these creatures when your in their territory!

I like watching, listening and reading news! There’s a lot you can learn from The Democrat’s big health care plan that can help Americans which they say that would pull us from the Insurance bullies . We all medicare is not enough now, most people are not covered by their insurance and old people are getting Medicare supplement to avoid expensive medical cost. Also in news, you will hear about the crazy entertainment world and good things about sports and you will hear about crazier people than Kanye West who do things outrageously. Just like this hungry guy from Alaska who threw a taco in the Managers face because he said that there’s spit on his food when complaining about his order twice and the manager accused him of trying to get free food. The guy ended up in jail and was sentenced in a year probation. It’s amazing what food can do to you!

Healthcare

The Democrats chance in passing the health-care law is definitely in a gray area especially now that they lost the Senatorial seat in Massachusetts. The reform supposed to help in everything and it supposed to help us from the Insurance bullies . A reform that i want to see on how will it help senior citizen from their doctors visit to paying their best cholesterol medications. Now the Democrats are hoping for the house to pass the bill and for now they may have to look into another options. I do hope that the Republicans may consider thing thing. We did it their way and it wasn’t perfect now hopefully we can try the other way that might work for everyone and if it won’t work, they can always change it again since they have now the majority!

This world has been over populated by dumb and crazy people. Take for example the Mother of the Year in Mesa, Arizona who traded her 2 year old daughter to a man for a gun! I mean how unfit and how stupid of a mother is she? I would like to knock her into her senses by tapping her little brain with my mbt shoes. People like her doesn’t need a day at the court for a chance to get away from what she did, she need to go to jail for being an unfit mother and for being a trash in the society! It is reported that she was charged with the “unlawful sale of a child and solicitation to possess a weapon by a prohibited person” … I understand the second charge but the first charged seems shady..” Unlawful sale of a child? why? is there such thing as Lawful sale of a child? Just saying…

Reach Out

We all heard about the devastating earthquake effect in Haiti, I was browsing online with my friend about motorcycle accident attorney and that shocking news flooded the Internet in seconds. I couldn’t believed how bad the damages are and millions of people need our help to get them back on their feet. There are many things that you can donate not only in monetary situation but small necessary things like food, toothpastes, toothbrushes, clothing and medicine are very much appreciated. You can also help by volunteering inn hands on help like distributing foods, giving medical care or joining the Red Cross.

In times like these, it is always nice to see many people work together to help each other. I hope I can say about this with the war that’s been going on. Maybe if we respect each other with understanding and compassion…maybe we will get that world peace that we always talked about.
